A different kind of dreamcatcher: instead of feathers, this modern version has pom-poms and wooden bead chains and is therefore inspired by the boho style. The net is intricately crocheted. Dreamcatchers are traditionally hung above the bed, where they catch bad dreams in their net. The good dreams, on the other hand, slip through the net and escape back into the open. The morning sun neutralizes all bad dreams caught in the dream catcher`s net. Dream catchers are an old tradition of the North American Indians, but are surrounded by various traditions.
